Load Availability Dips 1.5%

Sep 21 - 27 - Freight availability edged down in the last full week of the third quarter. National average rates for vans lost a penny, but reefer and flatbed rates remained stable, compared to the previous week. Average fuel surcharges were unchanged despite declining diesel prices.
