Claude Pumilia

As CEO, Claude is responsible for DAT’s strategy and execution. Under his leadership, the DAT network delivers the largest aggregated source of available truck load capacity in North America and more than 226 million freight load postings annually to over 93,500 carriers, transportation intermediaries and shippers. Claude has 25 years of executive leadership and experience delivering innovation and profitable growth in the technology industry. Prior to DAT, Claude served as Group Executive for Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP), where he was responsible for the RF and Software segment. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer at the Broe Group, a private equity firm with a diverse portfolio of real estate, transportation, energy and technology investments. He was also Chief Financial Office of Ciber Global, a publicly-traded global technology and outsourcing company with over $1 billion in revenues. Earlier in his career, Claude served in senior executive roles with CA Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq Computer, and as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. Claude earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia and completed his undergraduate degree in Economics and Managerial Studies at Rice University.

Nadya Duke Boone

Nadya Duke Boone is Vice President and Chief Product Officer for DAT Freight & Analytics, the largest truckload freight marketplace in North America. She is responsible for defining and building great products for freight carriers, brokers, and shippers, leading the Product Management, Data Science and User Experience Design functions. Prior to DAT, Nadya was a product leader at SaaS company New Relic, where she developed their first artificial intelligence products and branding, led product for the development and launch of the New Relic One platform, and was the General Manager of their flagship product APM. Earlier in her career, Nadya’s served in positions of leadership for a Fortune 1000 company and was the first engineering leader at a startup acquired by Boeing. Nadya has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University and is a licensed electrical engineer.>

Ken Adamo

Ken Adamo serves as Chief of Analytics at DAT Freight & Analytics, where he is responsible for driving new product development, customer engagement, and industry analysis. Prior to joining DAT, Adamo led pricing and decision science teams at FedEx Logistics. During his tenure in the industry he built innovative pricing and forecasting models, leveraging internal and external data sources to improve internal decision-making and increase profitability. Ken has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal and extensively in trade publications as a leading voice on freight market trends. He leads a team of market experts who study every facet of the logistics industry to bring the best available insight to customers. Prior to his career in logistics, Adamo worked in pricing and analytics at a deregulated energy provider. He earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Akron and lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife and three children.

Dr. Chris Caplice

Dr. Chris Caplice serves as Chief Scientist for DAT Freight & Analytics where he leads the development and deployment of shipper facing solutions. Chris concurrently serves as the Executive Director for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Transportation & Logistics where he created and co-directs the MIT FreightLab. Chris has published extensively in academic and business journals on the topic of freight transportation and procurement. He was named the Silver Family Research Fellow and awarded the CSCMP Distinguished Service Award in 2016. Dr. Caplice holds a Ph.D. from MIT in Transportation and Logistics Systems, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI).

Dean Croke

Dean Croke is DAT’s principal industry analyst, bringing 35 years of experience in the fields of data science, supply chain management, risk management and human performance. Prior to joining DAT, Dean was a founder at FleetRisk Advisors (purchased by Qualcomm and now called Omnitracs Analytics), which pioneered the development of reporting and data analytics tools for fleet managers. Dean has held senior leadership roles at FreightWaves, Lancer Insurance and Spireon, where he helped create telematics products for customers in trucking, passenger automotive and insurance. Originally from a family-owned trucking business in Australia, Dean is a CDL holder and an active owner-operator. He owns a 379 Peterbilt show truck known as “The Grumpy Pete”, which even has its own Instagram page

Terry Bradshaw

The only NFL player with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Bradshaw continues to defy an easy pigeonhole. Michael Rogers

Best-selling author, technology pioneer and futurist, Michael Rogers most recently served as futurist-in-residence for The New York Times. He has worked with companies ranging from FedEx, Boeing and NBC Universal to Microsoft, Pfizer and Siemens, focusing on how companies can think about the future in useful ways. He speaks to audiences worldwide and is a regular guest on radio and television.

Lee Klaskow

Lee A. Klaskow is a senior global transportation & logistics analyst and sector head for Bloomberg Intelligence, a division of Bloomberg LP. Lee has been analyzing the freight markets for decision makers since 2006. His current coverage spans global marine shipping, air freight and logistics sectors as well as the North American trucking and railroad industries. In addition to his industry work, Lee provides coverage on 20 freight transportation and logistics companies. He is focused on providing differentiated research through channel checks and collaborating with colleagues in adjacent industries. Lee is an articulate public speaker and frequent contributor on Bloomberg television and radio as well as other media outlets. He also speaks at industry conferences as well as company and academic events.
