National Van Rate Adds 1¢

Jun 10 - 16 - The national average van rate increased 1¢ to $2.30 per mile, matching the record high set in early January of this year. The load-to-truck ratio for vans moved lower following tight capacity that occurred during the annual Roadcheck inspection blitz the previous week. National Van Rate Added 1¢ in May

The national average van rate for May was $2.16 per mile, up 1¢ from the April average. The May average was 53¢ higher than in May 2017.
