Report a Bad Player
Report a Carrier, Broker, or Shipper
We all know how important word-of-mouth is in choosing who we want to do business with. In the freight transportation industry, you’re often dealing with someone you’ve never met before. It’s always nice to have a recommendation from someone you trust or to share your experience.
The Company Reviews section is located within the DAT Directory, the same area that has contact information and other data on companies using DAT. A valid username and password is required for access.
Writing a review is simple. Here’s how:
- Go to the DAT Directory. (You can also get to the DAT Directory from within your product pages.)
- Log in with your normal name and password.
- Click the Search DAT Directory tab at the top of the page.
- Click “I want to… Write a review.”
- Search for the company you want to review.
- After you pull up the company’s profile, click “Write a Review.” (See below)
Request a Review
You can also request reviews from people who have done business with you. It’s a great way to build your reputation among your peers and potential business partners. The “Request a review” function is to the right of “Write a review.”If you have any questions or need assistance writing or requesting reviews, please call us at 800-547-5417 or email [email protected].
