PORTLAND, Ore.—DAT Solutions today announced a series of executive appointments, effective immediately.

Jeff Hopper has joined DAT as vice president and chief marketing officer. Hopper has a strong track record of delivering growth and powerful brands through customer-driven innovation. Before joining DAT, he led marketing and strategy at Intel and T-Mobile.
Don Thornton has been named chief relationship officer. In his new role, he will drive C-level engagement and represent the organization in a variety of external forums. Thornton, who joined DAT in 2001, will continue as a member of the DAT executive leadership team.
Mike Weaver has been promoted to vice president of sales. He will continue to manage DAT’s enterprise sales group and assumes responsibility for leading the company’s inside and channel sales programs.
Lisa Henshaw has been promoted to vice president of human resources. She brings executive level human resources leadership to and is responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging workplace culture that ensures each employee’s talents are developed and utilized to their full potential.
Led by Pumilia, the DAT executive leadership team now includes Don Thornton, Jeff Hopper, Mike Weaver, Tony Salazar, CFO, Mark Bryant, VP Technology, and Lisa Henshaw.
