DAT CEO Claude Pumilia has announced that the company has engaged with Nest Health Connections to provide all employees with a health and wellness program starting in February 2022.
In his announcement, Pumilia declared “we all know how difficult the past two years have been, and our employees have shown incredible resilience throughout. We all continue to navigate through so many issues – challenging family, childcare and aging parent situations, work from home mandates, staffing shortages, while at the same time being a part of an extremely demanding business which is growing at an incredible rate. We felt that it was important to offer our team a program to support our employees’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being and foster a worksite culture that supports anyone’s desire to make healthy lifestyle choices. Nest Health Connections has a proven track record of creating programming to fit individual needs and health goals, and we are delighted to partner with Kristin Markey and her experienced team of health, wellness and fitness professionals.”
Nest Health Connections founder and CEO Kristin Markey said of the partnership “we are thrilled to be collaborating with DAT on their groundbreaking program “The Road to Healthy Living.” Being healthy means different things to different people, so we have put together a flexible, holistic program which allows DAT employees to personalize their own wellness journey, to include everything from stress management and brain health to nutrition, movement, mindset, fitness, how to get a better night’s sleep and much, much more. We will be offering a schedule of talks, workshops, challenges and classes, all of which will be available both live and recorded to fit everyone’s schedule.”
