PORTLAND, Ore.,— DAT Freight & Analytics today announced that data from DAT RateView, the industry’s largest and most comprehensive database of spot and contract freight transactions, Load-to-truck, MCI and other datasets, is now available on Snowflake Data Marketplace.
DAT is the first freight data provider on Snowflake Data Marketplace. Snowflake Data Marketplace leverages the Snowflake integrated platform architecture to enable frictionless and secure sharing of live data within an organization’s ecosystem of business partners and customers, and from potentially thousands of data providers and data service providers.
Snowflake Data Marketplace provides data scientists and business intelligence analysts with a modern, integrated platform where they can query and source DAT data at scale in near-real time, across multiple cloud providers and regions, without APIs or manual transfers.

Making DAT’s RateReview data available on Snowflake Data Marketplace allows us to distribute granular, ready-to-query data in near real-time, to thousands of organizations on Snowflake’s platform,” said Ken Adamo, DAT Chief of Analytics.
“We’re excited to see data scientists and analysts in trucking, logistics, retail, manufacturing, economics, finance, and other industries, apply their creativity and tools to our data and make business decisions faster than previously possible.”
