DAT Onboarding enables freight providers to exchange and store important documents online in a secure, streamlined process that saves time and reduces error.

DAT Carrier Onboarding replaces time-consuming, error-prone manual processes and faxes with a manageable, digital work flow. Brokers and 3PLs use DAT Onboarding to hire new carriers quickly, and to ensure that carriers are qualified and contracts are properly executed before every freight move. Carriers can store their key documents with DAT Onboarding at no charge, so brokers can hire them with minimal paperwork even if they have never worked together before.

DAT Onboarding can be integrated with transportation management software (TMS) solutions and with DAT CarrierWatch®, the industry standard for carrier qualification, monitoring and insurance verification. DAT Onboarding can be purchased from DAT or from TMS partners in the DAT Direct program.
