TransCore Named Semi-Finalist for ICMI Global Customer Support Award

PORTLAND, Oregon - TransCore’s Freight Services Customer Support Center was chosen as a semi-finalist for the Global Call Center of the Year Award, the company announced today. The award is presented annually by the International Customer Management Institute (ICMI.) In 2007 TransCore was the recipient of this distinctive award. Finalists will be announced in May with the winner chosen during ICMI’s annual conference in June.

TransCore’s call center supports transportation industry customers including carriers, owner-operators, shippers, freight brokers and third-party logistics (3PL) companies who deploy products and services from the company’s Freight Services unit, including 3sixty Freight Match, the industry’s largest and best load board, as well as CarrierWatch, and Truckload Rate Index, among others.
