DAT Customers Help Deliver Wreaths for Fallen Soldiers

On December 14, Wreaths Across America delivered a record 500,000 wreaths this year to 900 locations across the U.S. on National Wreaths Across America Day, an annual event to honor fallen soldiers.

This year, DAT helped Wreaths Across America coordinate the transportation of wreaths from Columbia Falls, Maine to several distribution centers in the Midwest and from those centers on to the Western US by posting major shipments on DAT Load Boards.

Several of our customers stepped up to pay for freight to ship thousands of wreaths across the country! Plus, more than 100 motor carriers across the country, many of which are also DAT customers, volunteered to deliver for Wreaths Across America this year, demonstrating once again the incredible generosity of the trucking community.
