Earlier this month, TransCore Commercial Services legally changed its name to DAT Solutions.
The new name reflects our growth and transformation as a provider of actionable information that you rely on, and to distinguish us from our sister company TransCore, a leader in RFID, tolling, and traffic systems.
Both TransCore and DAT Solutions are wholly owned subsidiaries of Roper Industries (NYSE:ROP), a diversified growth company and constituent of the S&P 500, Fortune 1000 and Russell 1000 indices.
