TransCore to unveil rapid carrier on-boarding tools

< Back to posts

Brokers who subscribe to TransCore’s new CarrierWatch rapid on-boarding service will receive a personalized web site to facilitate the on-boarding process. This site will guide carriers through a step-by-step process, ensuring that all forms are completed, contracts are signed and required documents are on file. The process saves time, improves accuracy and eliminates data entry, all without the need for a fax machine.

Carriers can use the service free of charge, to set up an online profile that describes their company, with a secure, password-protected storage area for important documents. Carriers will be able to provide brokers with immediate access to that information, and to sign broker contracts electronically.

CarrierWatch will continue to independently verify the safety, authority, insurance coverage and tax ID of each carrier so that brokers can complete the on-boarding process quickly and eliminate tedious paperwork.
