Trucker Tools: Proactive Driver Verification and new fraud workflows
Megan McFeely walked through Trucker Tools’ proactive driver verification feature, including an updated workflow for confirming and flagging potential fraud. As freight fraud picks up alongside produce season volume, these tools give brokers a faster, more structured way to stay ahead of bad actors before a load is covered.
DAT One: Carrier Management Suite
Sean Carter demoed the DAT One Carrier Management Suite, showing how brokers can manage carrier relationships more efficiently from within the platform. The walkthrough covered the core functionality brokers can use today to organize and act on carrier data without leaving their workflow.
DAT iQ: Rates, benchmarks, and now, intermodal
Cole Hytjan covered several DAT iQ updates, including Shipper Spot Rate, Rate Strength, and improvements to DAT iQ benchmark. The team also touched on new intermodal data, giving brokers more context for cross-mode decisions. The new Rate Strength score also gives brokers a clearer signal on whether a rate is backed by deep market data or a thin week of activity.
Intro to Convoy Platform
The session wrapped with an introduction to the Convoy Platform, walking through what it does and how it fits into a broker’s existing workflow.
