DAT Trendlines has a new look and a lot more to show you.

If you’ve used Trendlines before, you know the drill: check the weekly numbers, scan the rate charts for van, flatbed, and reefer, and get a quick read on where the market’s headed. That version is retiring. The new one keeps everything you relied on and adds the depth that regular Trendlines readers have been asking for.

You choose the view, not the page

Instead of one fixed table, you pick the timeframe, week, month, or year, and the equipment type you care about, and the charts update to match. It’s the difference between reading someone else’s report and pulling your own numbers.

See the market, not just the number

The biggest addition is a new interactive map showing demand, capacity, and rates by market across the country. National averages tell you where the market’s been. The map tells you where it’s tight right now and where it isn’t, lane by lane. Load-to-truck ratio gets its own dedicated chart too, so you’re not hunting for it in a table.

Same trusted source, sharper tools

Trendlines has always been a free weekly snapshot built on DAT’s rate data, the same data that powers RateView. That hasn’t changed. What’s changed is how much of it you can see and how fast you can get to the number you need.

Check it out at dat.com/trendlines.
